By creating an account or using caatooexim.com, the Caatoo Exim app or connector, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.
1. The service
Caatoo Exim provides trade intelligence built from customs records, company profiles, AI matchmaking, contact discovery, lead management, a B2B trade board and related tools. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person unless your plan allows team seats.
3. Credits, plans and payment
Some actions use credits, such as company records, contact lookups, research and AI matchmaking. The credit cost is shown in the app before or at the point of use.
New accounts receive a free trial of 1,500 credits. Paid plans include Pro at USD 199 per month (50,000 credits) and Unlimited at USD 999 per year, as listed on the Pricing page. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the data only for lawful B2B purposes. You must not resell, bulk-redistribute or publish our data, scrape or overload the service, bypass credit or security limits, send spam, or use contact details in ways that break anti-spam or data-protection laws in the recipient's country.
You are responsible for your outreach, including honouring opt-out requests.
5. Data accuracy
Trade records, contacts and AI-generated summaries come from public records, third-party providers and automated analysis. We work to keep them accurate but do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. Verify important information before making commercial decisions.
6. Your content
You own the content you add, such as business profiles, trade board posts and notes. You grant us a licence to host and process it to run the service. Public trade board posts may be shown to other users.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, its design, software, compilations and brand belong to Caatoo Exim. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use them while your account is in good standing.
8. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, create security risk or fail to pay. Sections on payment, intellectual property, liability and governing law survive termination.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in India, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and notify you of material changes. Continued use after the change date means you accept them.
